They provided toothpicks for guests to use in the elevator, ensuring a touchless experience. This innovative approach to hygiene made me feel safe and cared for.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at the counter were very friendly and made our check-in process fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with a hairdryer attached in the bathroom. The hotel had great facilities including a water dispenser with hot and cold water on each floor, and WIFI speed was awesome. It was also located near many eateries, including Chinese food restaurants, and there was a 7-11 across the road.

Some rooms face the main road, which can make it quite noisy. The pillow is too soft for some guests.

The heater had low water pressure and there were some slippery spots in the bathroom, making it a potential hazard. the small room size might be challenging for those needing prayer space, and the access road to the hotel can be quite busy and congested.

Grab rides are easily available to nearby malls. the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. the hotel also provides an iron and ironing board near the water dispenser, as well as a Kiblat sign.
